David Hinsley Cheng is the Managing Partner of DRG and a central player in realizing the firm’s vision to provide expert and ongoing counsel to organizations navigating a C-suite transition. He has more than 20 years of experience across all areas of the nonprofit sector, including human services, associations, advocacy organizations, voluntary health organizations and hospital foundations.
Mary T. Wheeler is the Senior Vice-President of DRG. She specializes in conducting senior level assignments for human services agencies, foundations, educational, environmental and cultural institutions, as well as international non-governmental organizations.
Dara Klarfeld is a Vice-President of DRG. She specializes in conducting executive searches in education administration. With more than fifteen years of experience working in both the formal and informal Jewish education communities, Dara has a wealth of experience working with camps, Jewish Day Schools, and a variety of other education-focused organizations. She is also passionate about developing talent pools of next generation senior leadership in the nonprofit sector.
Sue Waterbury is Vice-President of DRG. Her areas of expertise are in helping international relief, poverty, and health and human services organizations recruit new leadership in the areas of development, finance and executive management. Prior to her work in executive search, she spent more than 20 years working in the financial sector.
Carmel Napolitano is a Senior Consultant at DRG, a national leader in nonprofit executive search. She has more than ten years of experience in retained executive search in the nonprofit sector. Prior to her work in executive search, Napolitano spent more than 15 years in higher education fundraising.
Steve Goldberg is a Consultant at DRG. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the volunteer, health and human services and faith-based sectors, having spent the past 17 years as a senior nonprofit executive. Steve has a proven track record of leading successful change, strengthening leadership infrastructure and improving governance within complex mission-driven environments.
